If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges under the terms below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

You must submit your return or exchange request within 2-3 days from the date you received your parcel.

Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For hygiene purposes, hijabs, scarves, and innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email within 2 days of receiving your order.

Provide your Order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return or exchange.

Once approved, we will share the return instructions with you.

Please ship the item back to the return address below.

Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of your return parcel.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for the same product category, depending on stock availability (e.g., different color or size).

If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 working days through your original payment method or as store credit.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Hijabs, scarves, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

Sale, clearance, or promotional items

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
